The 240Z is the most beautiful Z-Car of the entire family, so congratulations. However, I call BS on the body being 'clean' (which I read to mean rust free) without pics. A properly tuned L24 is much more fun to drive than the L28ET but that's just my take. If you do swap an engine into the chassis I'd go with the RB26DETT as it's a pretty straightforward (not saying easy) thing to do if you've got a Z32 manual transmission laying around (and the skyline's bell housing). Oh and 'building an S30 based Z car' is a redundant statement.
